All content on this site—including blogs, videos, meditations, tools, books, and coaching materials—is the original work and intellectual property of Shereen Baird and Your Soul Projects. You’re welcome to share links to public blog posts or free resources with anyone who might benefit, and we appreciate you spreading the word!

However, please do not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content (especially paid or members-only materials) without written permission. These tools and resources are for your personal use only. Thank you for honoring the time, heart, and energy that went into creating them.

Payments
Payments for online purchases must be made via credit card, or another approved payment method, as indicated at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your account for the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes or fees.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments in full and on time. Access to coaching sessions, tools, or resources may be paused or revoked if a payment is missed. By choosing a payment plan, you’re committing to the full amount of the package, even if you choose to discontinue early.

Refunds
For the Mission Accomplished package, we offer a mix of live support and digital resources (such as tools, guided videos, and session materials). If for whatever reason you decide to discontinue coaching, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions only. Sessions that have already been completed are non-refundable, and any tools, materials, or videos you’ve already received are yours to keep. No further tools or support materials will be provided after cancellation.

Disclaimer
While our coaching and tools are designed to support you on your journey, results are not guaranteed. That said, many clients do complete their projects or make progress and powerful shifts in both their projects and personal lives. Completing creative or soul-led work is a deeply personal process that unfolds uniquely for each individual—and your experience will depend on your willingness to engage, reflect, and take aligned action.

Non-Disparagement
By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to publicly make any disparaging or damaging statements about the services or company. We’re here to support your growth and appreciate your integrity.

Use of Testimonials and Results
From time to time, we may share client experiences or results in our marketing materials, such as on our website, newsletters, or social media. Any shared stories, testimonials, or results will be used with your prior consent and may include your first name and general details about your experience.

If you prefer to remain anonymous, please let us know in writing, and we will gladly honor that. Our intention is always to celebrate your progress with integrity and respect.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or outcomes arising from the use or misuse of our content, coaching, or tools. All offerings are provided for educational and informational purposes.
